We are looking for a Business Development manager to join our team.
Required skills
Experience in sales or related fields
General understanding of IT subject field and processes;
Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;
Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
Strong written communication skills;
Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, CrunchBase, Clutch etc
Experience in writing cold emails, cover letters and project proposals
Responsibilities
– Daily communication with potential clients
– Conduct research on LinkedIn, Upwork and other platforms ;
– Generate qualified leads from different platforms;
– Create and maintain the Lead database;
– Run both warm and cold leads by submitting proposals for potential jobs;
– Run initial negotiations with prospects, identifying clients’ needs while providing clients with excellent communication;
– Close contracts
– Manage sales and marketing tasks
